STEPH CARACOZZA

After All-Conference honors
Steph Caracozza set to tally
exciting numbers this year!

Steph Caracozza
Sophomore outfielder Steph Caracozza (Melbourne Beach, Fla.) made her presence known as a freshman last season throughout the Capital Athletic Conference.

Steph picked up Wesley's sole All-Conference Team selection and second Wesley player ever with such honors in the college's history.

She held down the key lead-off spot to crush 47 hits for a .412 batting average, which ranked 6th across the conference.

Now add to these numbers 15 multi-hit games, a 10-game hit streak, 11 walks, 7 stolen bases and you can see why opposing players and coaches remember her. She consistently kept sending a powerful wake-up call as the Wolverines first batter in the box right at the start of every game.

In the outfield defensively, she produced, as well, nailing runners testing her arm with eight assists.

Steph is small, just 5-2. You might miss her in crowd. Not so on the ball field. She will have your attention with each and every at bat this year!
